Since its founding in 1976, the company has not only grown in size and reach but has also evolved strategically to meet the changing demands of the transportation industry, navigating both challenges and opportunities along the way. It is an honorable and impressive feat for Transport Services to celebrate their 50th Anniversary. #### **Building a Company on Principles and People** Albert Therrien started the company after recognizing that his current workplace did not reflect the values he held as an individual: kindness, teamwork, passion and integrity. Determined to create a company where these principles were more than words, he set out to build an organization that put people first—both employees and customers—while delivering top-quality semi-trailer solutions. Over the past 50 years, those guiding values have remained at the heart of Transport Services, shaping a culture of trust and excellence that continues to define the company today. As founder Albert Therrien famously says, “We are not in the trailer business; we are in the people business.” This philosophy guides every decision, from hiring and training to customer service and community involvement. By putting people first, Transport Services has not only thrived as a company but has also [earned multiple top workplace awards](https://blog.transportservices.com/transport-services-named-top-place-for-women-to-work-in-transportation), proving that when a business invests in its people, success naturally follows. ![CBUS-Anniversary](https://blog.transportservices.com/hs-fs/hubfs/CBUS-Anniversary.jpg?width=600&height=450&name=CBUS-Anniversary.jpg) #### **Join the Celebration** Transport Services invites customers, employees and partners to celebrate its 50th anniversary—a half-century of growth, innovation and dedication.
