Milestones in 50 Years
1990
Establishing a Home in North Royalton: Transport Services breaks ground on its permanent headquarters in North Royalton, OH, creating a central hub that would support decades of growth and operations.
2011
Forming Partnerships with Cheetah and Aurora Parts: By this time, Transport has become a dealer for Cheetah Chassis to broaden the fleet and has partnered with Aurora Parts and Service Network as a 5-Star Dealer to support the expanding parts operations.
2012
Transport Services Enters Their Second Generation: Adam Therrien, son of CEO Albert Therrien, is named President of Transport Services. A pivotal moment that paved the way for the future and made Transport a second-generation company.
2013
Expanding Partnerships with Demands: Transport becomes a new dealer for Hyundai Translead that ends in Transport becoming a Diamond Dealer and stands as the only full-service Hyundai dealer in the state of Ohio.
2016
Becoming a Great Workplace in the Cleveland Area: The company was recognized as a Top Work Place by the Cleveland Plain dealer and Aurora Parts names Transport as Dealer of the Year.
2017
Company Growth & Expansion: Corporate expands land to 40+ acres to aid the growing rental fleet operations. Transport was also named into the Inc. 5000 List of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies, representing the company's commitment to serving their customers, employees and the community.
2018
A New Branch Begins in Columbus, OH: Transport Services expands into Columbus, OH market through the acquisition of Tra-Serv. This expansion brings convenience to our southern Ohio markets and allows Transport to reach more customers geographically.
2019
A Place for Women: The company is named Top Place for Women to Work in the Transportation Industry by the Women in Trucking Association. Transport Services strives to foster a work environment for all and to continuously lift each other up in this industry.
2025
More Growth, More Opportunities: A third branch opens in Toledo, expanding operations into northern Ohio, Indiana and Detroit, MI. The new full-service branch offers convenience to major highway systems, offers short and long-term parking solutions and is located near several fueling and lodging stations.
